I. Independent Status

Audit-Ready Systems is an independent software provider. We are not affiliated with Google, Anthropic, or Meta. We utilize their API technologies as third-party tools for Multi-Model Consensus Evaluation (MMCE).

II. Information Collection

We access OAuth Identity (Email/Profile) to manage secure sessions and Audit Documents for compliance analysis.

III. Data Retention (90-Day Recovery)

Source Documents: Purged within 24 hours of session close.
Final Reports: Retained for 90 days for user recovery purposes.

Terms of Service

I. Nature of MMCE Consensus

The final audit verdict is generated by a Consensus Aggregator that synthesizes multiple AI outputs. You acknowledge that the aggregator may fail to reach a correct determination if underlying third-party models conflict.

II. Critical Disclaimer

Audit-Ready Systems is NOT an accredited certification body. MMCE is a decision-support tool; users must manually verify all AI outputs.

III. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of uploaded documents and the resulting PDF Audit Report. Audit-Ready Systems retains ownership of the MMCE synthesis logic.

Limited Use Disclosure

Audit-Ready Systems' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Service: User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Flow Transparency

Data retrieved via Google OAuth is sent to our servers, processed by the MMCE engine, and synthesized into a report. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use it for AI model training.
